Can't ppl like his "Ex" or "Mom" or even a psycholigist commit him? Dr. Keith Ablor (ABC show) psychologist deems him as mentally disturbed from interview ... why isn't this enought to put him somewhere he can get help???

Because our effed up justice system is already a looney place itself. It is run by and for the benefit of the lawyers and politicians. The only justice in the halls of justice in these times is in the halls. And the back rooms.
