My psp has a 2gb memory card and in addition to storing game saves i have about 200 wma songs at 64kbs encoding and 2 full length movies, The shawshank Redemtion and Godfather part I I am waiting for the mass production of the 8gb cards that are going to be available soon. I should be able to staore about 1000 songs and 8 movies.

I suggest atleast a 2 Gig Memory Stick u can put like 3 movies or a bunch on songs.

I have 2GB, thats the most. They are starting w/ 4GB, but they are as much as the PSP! I even hear about 8GB.

If you are just saving games a 30MB is fine, but if yur like me and want Music, Videos, and Games [not saves actaul games], get as big as possible. You have to decide how much you are willing to spend...

I went with the 4Gb hard drive attachment (which also comes with a double capacity battery). And so far I have been very pleased indeed. Well worth extra bulk it adds. LOADS of gaming/video time.

you can get the 2gb mem for about 100 bucks just shop around it holds everything that you need music,movies,game saves
