In the context of computing, a mouse (plural (generally): mice, also mouses).
The name "mouse", coined at the Stanford Research Institute, derives from the resemblance of early models (which had a cord attached to the rear part of the device, suggesting the idea of a tail) to the common small rodent of the same name.

In the Unix family it's certainly mice.
Search for " /dev/mice" -> 531 entries
Search for "/dev/mouses" -> 7 entries
- one in English, real (and wrong?)
- one in a link farm
- the rest is in strange languages no sane people ever use for communicating because they are thoroughly incomprehensible and extremely difficult to write properly
