When asked about supervised visitation,he refused. When asked about dna he refused & acted up terrible as I wasnt there.I was offered to pay him for a tv,washer and dryer in exchange for him to sign off the twins to me.They are only 3.Will it automatically get waivered in my favor if he has refused everything as its recorded that he's agreed to take the 600 in exchange for my children but if he wont prove hes the father?Where will it end up.Just a closed case?I am soon getting married to a wonderful man and we would just like to get on with our lives.I was never married to this jerk who filed for custody....but refused all proposals and now wants to exchange moneys for sign off of my kids.I will give the money to my lawyer but he has to keep his end of the bargain before it would have to go to evalutations which would cost even more money. So the case will be dropped if I pay him his money.??COnfused in Pa.

It's you're children for craps sake!! Spend money on a lawyer, make it legal and quit playing around!! I agree, you willingly lay with this man you have to pay the consequences, it's going to cost. Just don't let it cost your children. They're three and they know what's going on.

It should just go away since he has refused everything . So they will probably make him sign over his rights to you. I would not worry about him but just make sure that everyone around you knows that he is dangerous and that he should be no where around the twins. Also tell your fiance that under no circumstances should he even answer the door if he is out there.Always make sure you have a restraining order in place .Also make sure he signs a paper stating that he is getting this money and signing away his rights to the twins. I am sure everything will be dropped after that . Good Luck and God bless .

Consult your attorney, I would assume the ex-boyfriend will have to sign an agreement to drop any paternity rights to the children whether or not they are pr oven to be his (refused DNA test) in lieu of a payment. Also there would need to be a clause that states you cannot pursue him for child support.

Your new hubby should adopt the children.

Good luck.

Custody agreements are done through the court. Ask your lawyer for advice. The courts can also order dna testing. If he wants visitation or whatever, you can insist that he get testing done. If he doesn't want anything to do with the kids and you don't want child support, it can actually go pretty smoothly.

What a great blackmail case!

Sorry baby....you lay down with this guy. Never thinking that the consequences could be disastrous.

My answer: Get a shark of a lawyer.

Once his rights are terminated, any suits regarding him and the kids are null and void.

Once my husband adopted my daughter, her bio dad had nothing more to do with her.
