Go to your control panel- click on 'Regional and Language Options' (don't know why it's not under clock- weird)
Once the box comes up near the top right look for the customize button. Click on customize. Next look for the tab on the new box labeled 'Time'. On the bottom half of the box is an explanation of how the military and standard times are displayed. Choose the one you would like in the drop down box labeled 'Time Format'.
Click on Apply and then OK and your time should be changed to standard.

Have a great day!!!

If you go into regional and language options under Control Panel you can click the customize button. From there you can click the Time tab and change the way your clock is displayed.

In the afternoon, reset the clock from 13:00:00 to 1:00:00 PM. Just highlight the military time and type over it.
