on youtube it says javascript is turned off how do i get it back on?

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x (Windows)
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
Click the Security tab.
Click Custom Level in Security Level for this Zone.
Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list.
Under Active Scripting, choose Enable.
Click OK to leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options.

Choose Preferences under the Edit menu.
Click Web Content under Web Browser.
In Active Content, check the box next to Enable scripting.
In Java, click Enable Java. Click OK.

I had the same problem today. Go to your start menu and then go to Control Panel. Then go to add remove programs. Then when you see Adobe Flash player click add/remove. After it gets removed go back to youtube and download the new flash player.
