I'm looking to find the name of a Joe Walsh, or James Gang song, that has Joe singing a little "Nonsensical" ditty and then screaming...Like 3 times...just before the main song starts. I can't think of it's name & the album it is on.

Thanks!

Wrong Answer.
Meadows (The original version) is on the album, "The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get.
The version Electronic_Dad is asking about with the Nonsensical ditty and then screaming 3 times is called, Meadows (the dad version).
His dad made a tape of it back in the early '90s. He thought that the screaming at the beginning of "Meadows" was so awesome that he carefully dubbed in a full three minutes worth of it to the tape before letting the song kick in. The version we all hear only has about 10 to 15 seconds.
It's not on any album, but was released on a vinyl 45.
Pretty hard to find.

Meadows, "The Smoker You Drink The Player You Get." The album is by the group Barnstorm, featuring Joe Walsh. The band comprised 3 core members Walsh, Joe Vitale, and Kenny Passarelli, and a variety of studio musicians were used. The screaming appears on the album mentioned above, and it is not hard to find, as somebody claimed. The song was written by Patrick Cully who was pissed off because he was I sufficiently credited, according to a post on the Barnstorm Facebook page in a comment by a person claiming to be Cully. Meadows is also on the album "You Can't Argue with a Sick Mind," a live album from about 1977. The concert at which this album was recorded can be seen on YouTube. It features the Eagles, so it's easy to find, especially if you search for "Mother Says" Live.
