Our society, wishes to create a group structure such as a co-op or company, and we wish to be able to lock some crucial clauses or the objects so that they cannot be ammended or changed. Is there a way of doing this?

No. Any clause purporting to restrict such a change could be deleted.

Any attempth to fasten the regulations could be out-voted in destiny, by utilising the contributors or "vendors" (in case you employ that concept) of even if hippie community you have dreamed up. once you're suggesting (as i think of you're) that it quite is a plausibly stable concept to convey mutually donations and then spend it on some land so which you will improve your own stuff and share it out, and exist without commerce, then you definately will quickly understand that animal farm would not in simple terms teach the inevitable failure of such schemes "except particular regulations could be locked", yet their inevitable failure regardless.
