I am pregnant, too. My husband and I were married in Vegas.so we thought a name that reminded us of your union and relationship would be good..... we came up with Sahara since we stayed at the Sahara Hotel in Vegas during our honeymoon......maybe that will help your sister come up with names that reflect her and her husband...... We are going to use Sahara as a middle name since we now know it's a girl. Here were all my choices:
1. Charlotte ( Charley for short)
2. Lila
3. Darla
1. Jayden or Braydon
2. Brandon
3. Joseph

My first answer is to try not to be TOO creative or unusual with a name. As a baby it's cute and as an adult it helps them stand out, but as a child they could get made fun of in school for having a "weird" name, or be upset with the constant mispronunciations of their name by teachers and others. Also, kids like seeing their name in other places... like on keychains, pencils, notebooks... etc.
I figure I could provide you with some possible names... and some may not be super common, but you could use those as middle names!
Girls - Eileen, Rhiannon, Colleen, Abigail, Erin, Madison
Boys - Brandon, Brett, Jonah, Jacob, Ethan, Preston
And here is a great website, the page I've linked to tells what to watch out for in naming your baby. Other parts of the website could be found helpful too-- there's a list of the top 100 baby names by year and a baby name dictionary that states names and their meanings.

For girls' names:
Nadia and Nadine mean "hopeful"
Naima
Nailah means "succeeding"
Nina
But if you just want a name that sounds different and cute:
Eva, Edeline, Tacy, Tahlia, Raelin, Paige, Paloma, Haidee, etc.
There are many great names out there. Just search the Internet and there should be plenty of great names to choose from.
Good luck with finding a name.

Tell your sister to go with her heart and remember it is something that she is going to hear herself yell for the rest of her life (LOL)
