I am not an expert, but have you checked to ensure you have the settings correct for Yahoo to send the messages to Outlook Express? I know these settings have to be just so, and if even one thing is not correct then it won't work correctly. If you double check the settings in Outlook and find you have them right, then I suggest you contact Customer Care and have them fix this for you or give you the guidance to do so. They will know exactly what this error means too.

Just double check you have both the incoming and outgoing server information set correctly in Outlook Express. Then if it is still a problem contact customer care. You can do so by going to the help pages. Put in a question, click Ask, then click on any link which seems relevant, then go if it does not help you go to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Customer Care. It will bring up an e-mail form, just fill it out as instructed and send it off. Provide your alternate e-mail address, as this one is not working right now, and they will get back to you within one to two days, usually within the first day. At least this is my experience.

Sorry I don't have more knowledge about this particular error message, but you should be able to get it all worked out soon. Have a nice day.
