Have you tried the special K diet? it's really good and you're meant to loose a whole size in 2 weeks, tho how much you actually lose depends really on how overweight you were to begin with. But still, it's a good diet and it does work, I lost a lot of weight that way, tho you do get quite hungry!

If you don't know how it goes, it's very simple. Just have a bowl of special k instead of 2 of your main meals (works better if you have the cereal for breakfast and dinner) and then a sensible, calorie-controlled third meal (nothing extreme, just don't eat pizza and stuff like that). You can snack on fruit and vegetable in between meals, but don't overdo it. Drink loads of water and try to avoid sugary drinks. If you do excercise bit, it'll help.

Check with a trainer. Work on building up muscle to burn off fat quicker (higher metabolism) but don't forget cardio. Go as fast as you can for as long as you can and then aim to beat that by 5 minutes or .25 miles each time you go to the gym.
Supplement that with lots of water, a healthy or (ier) diet and you should be good. Watch for plateaus though, when that happens cut out another 100-200 calories per day from your diet or burn off that much more in your workout.

change lifestyle, stop wutever is making u fat, eat healthy foods u enjoy dont diet, find exercises that fit your bodytype, that way u will enjoy doin them more and will get better results, dont eat process foods, find sports or activities you enjoy doing and do more of it, try not to be in a rush the longer it takes for u to lose the weight the longer it will stay off and if u make sum changes u will stay healthy without trying so hard it will be natural

"loose" is the opposite of tight. "wow, sally is loose."


but anyway, the answer is DIET AND EXERCISE.

it's all very simple and logical.

calories are contained in food. calories are body fuel. if you take in calories and dont burn them up, you will GAIN WEIGHT. if you burn up MORE calories than you are taking in (ie: eating), you will LOSE WEIGHT.

so if you want to EXERCISE LESS, then you need to take in LESS CALORIES. also, try burning calories and cutting calories every chance you have. they add up! take the stairs instead of the elevator. get up and change the TV manually, instead of using the remote. (but if you want to be losing weight, you souldnt be sitting in front of the TV anyway!) no more trash food. NO fast-food-burgers-and-fries, NO icecream, NO cake, NO non-diet sodas, NO candy, and NO non-light-beer.

if you dont want to diet and exercise, you will NOT lose weight, EVER.

you can do it! just stay motivated, and dont expect results right away.

Do'nt eat fat indeed lot of vegetables and fruits. I'm sorry but it won't work without gym.

A GOOD WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT SINCE YOU DO EXERCISE. CUT OUT ALL OF THE STARCH I MEAN ALL OF THEM. NO BREAD, CHIPS, FRIES, ETC. I LOST 40 POUNDS FAST DOING THAT. YOU DO NEED TO EXERCISE THOUGH.
