Go to the Mid Pacific. There is a gorgeous place called Manuel Antonio. It's basically a national park with great scenery, tropical rain forest, hiking trails, plus it connects to very popular surfing beaches.
I am also sure that you can find tours nearby to do some cannopy or bungee jumping.

Manuel Antonio is also known for being a popular destination for movie stars. Good luck!

I would need to speak with you in order to even give an honest answer to this question. I have a few clients who are complete opposites and it is possible to put together something that includes both of your interests, but this of course isn't true for all locations.
