fake blood vampire teeth a black sheet for a cape and a dress shirt white the kind with ruffels and dress pants or just by the dracula outfit and white powder for face a neck and black gloves
theres tons of other things to depends on your age but if your a little older go for the dracula costume
or hitler>what you need black mustache hair gel and a military out fit a some swastkas.

There is a funny costume at www.partycity.com that is for a guy. A tissue box that says blow me tissues on it. I thought it was funny, probably wouldn't be hard to make either
