It was Friday the 13th last week, I'd had a good day at work, everything had gone well, no bad luck, got home around 5.30, found my partner sat with our dog Bonnie who was laid on the floor breathing in short bursts, she(bonnie) did'nt even wag her tail, she just looked at me without lifting her head, I knew something serious was going on, we left her alone for a while, had a cuppa and discussed which vet would be open, we heard a clump from downstairs, I went down to find Bonnie in the last throes of her life, I held her whilst she died in my arms, we suspect a heart attack, she was 13yrs old and only two months ago we lost our other dog, barnaby 15yrs old, to cancer.
Not the best friday 13th I've had, by 6.30 we had taken her to a vets for cremation.
Still got the budgie though

If your feeling so happy why would you want to even challenge anyone to bring you down?? Just enjoy it while you have it, it doesn't come often.
