If 0000000 shows up on ur caller id on ur cell is an advertiser right or can ppl do that? If it is can I block them somehow?

All details are on the website. Otherwise myself, i simply do not answer calls from unknown parties.

register your number at donotcall.gov and they will stop calling you but you cant block it
