I have searched everywhere for an answer to this and cannot come up with a direct answer.
I called a local hospital and they told me if I wanted this information I could come in and use the medical library during certain hours.
You can find an answer there. You should have an OBGYN also to ask these questions to and get answers.
i hope you have better luck at a answer backed up with statistics than I did!

I think maybe she had a tilted uterus, that is very common in pregnant people and the only way to see the baby that early is with a vaginal ultrasound. If the uterus was actually upside down she wouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place.

Totally upside-down? Not just tilted? Wow. Like the cervix is at the top instead of the bottom? Yeah - I'd say getting pregnant with an upside-down uterus would qualify as a devine miracle.

Is your friend is a doctor. But if you want to get pregnant then I see what your doctor is saying. My uterus is twisted and tilted and I have two big headed babies to prove it.

Yes, but it will be harder. Usually, doctors will tell you what helps, but certain positions during ejaculation help (doggy-style is one of the best ways).
