no actually it is more like an inferiority complex. why do yu think they made laws suppressing minorities. why do you think they are attacking Affirmative Action because it forces them to level the playing field. Why is it that they spend so much money to darken their skin like ours. I was born with my tan, they risk certain death to look like us. Skin Cancer.
