Not throttle body?

2006-10-17 05:50:33 · 4 answers · asked by David 2 in Cars & Transportation Maintenance & Repairs

I didn't mean to forget the type of vehicle, slappy.
I mean Jeep Wrangler.
Any help with this matter would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

They went to a throttle body around 1987. About every truck motor they build is still the throttle body. With the exception of the SRT models and Diesel models, I only know of the throttle body. Now for their minivans, they use direct port injection.

Not sure what motor yer talking about, but it's too bad Chrysler never did port injection on the 225 slant 6. It woulda been a great engine in the jeep.
