could be a while, my baby dropped at 35 weeks and here I am in the middle of my 38th week and waiting. All I have left to do now is dilate, Im already 100%effaced. Lol it will be a while. Congrats on your baby and hope that everything works out smoothly!

Theres no way of knowing. Labor hinges on hormones released by the baby. You can dialate and efface, but until those hormones are released labor wont happen.

Unless your water breaks, its just a waiting game.

its differant , you can go into labor anytime after 38 week or as long as 42 weeks so you can go into labor two weeks earlier then due date or two week past hope this is helpful. my daughter in laws mom is a nurse in the baby ward for per natal

i will give you this helpful hint. when you feel contraction the you need to push litely like you are in labor this will help the baby move faster down. i was in labor 2 to 3 min each labor by doing this.

you have a few more weeks still.they start to drop around week 35. but labor is not immdiate. it can take a few weeks still. re;ax you have a while and ask your obgyn

it all depends on the baby when it wants out then it comes some women carry low and some high it all depends on your body structure etc but i would consult a dr if you are worried

babies engaged from 28 weeks and labour starts around 40 weeks
