It's probably gonorrhea, a dreadful and sexually transmitted disease which causes a burning sensation at the tip of the penis
whenever you piss. Also, it can cause the penis to discharge
yellowish pus which is transmittable to another person.
I would suggest that you and your girlfriend quickly visit a STD
specialist for the treatment with the correct drugs.

It might be what we call clap or some other std. ask your doctor to check it out. If it is clap one shot and it will be over in 12 to 24 hours. I would think the first question is what have you been doing with it. At any rate see your Dr. He/She will be able to take care of it.
There is one other answer. Do you have your head up your ***? if so It is probably the cigarette your smoking.

Go to dr. You might have contracted a bit of a yeast infection...or STD. Burning is not normal!
