Hypnosis can be very effective if you see a therapist who is properly training in its use. It is however not the preferred method of psychotherapy for every condition, and often there are other methods of therapy that can be more effective. It depends a lot on the therapist, the condition you are seeking help for, and whether you are comfortable with its use.

Yes and No.

some people just can't be hypnotized because they are not willing to fall for words. Some fall for it easily. Depending on people.

Yeah if the person is good enough. I once got hypnotised by a xxx hypnotist it was hilarious lol.
