Hopefully it does.

I believe the point people make about Geneva is that it applies only to uniformed soldiers from a sovereign nation.

F*u*c*k the geneva convention, no other country follows its guidelines why should we, if i was face to face with a terrorist and ready to blow his head off and he spouted that crap i would take out his knees first.
