is DVB tuner capable of receiving Analog(normal) tv signals as well?

I want to buy a DVB tuner for my laptop,I was wondering if it provides me access to normal TV channels as well as Digital ones?

Yes they will scan for both analogue and digital channels,the
freecom one is good, and fairly cheap.

Some receive analogue and digital - others just digital. But all the analogue channels are on digital anyway. Maplin have both - check to see if they have a remote control though - especially if you are using it with a desktop and get one with time shift - really useful.
