how do i see aero effects in vista?

i have just bought a geforce 6200(256mb) and i have managed to install them in vista but how do i see some aero effects ,these things that everyone is going on about
i have also upgraded my ram from 768mb to 1gb ram so i am wondering how i can see "aero effects"
any ideas folks

The full effect won't be enabled by default as you graphics card is not powerful enough but you should still be able to see the glass effect, heres how to enable it:

1. Right-Click on a blank area of desktop
2. Select Personalize from the context menu
3. Click Window Color and Appearance Option
4. Here you can check if you want to Enable Transparency or not.
5. You can also disable the whole aero glass theme from here. Just click the Open classic appearance properties for more color options link.
6. Select a non-Aero theme and click OK.

If you still can't see the effects make sure you have the latest Nvidia Vista display driver installed, you can download the latest ones from here:

Vista x86 version

right click on your desk top and go to your Display Properties under the themes tab you should be able to change the vista aero settings...i could be wrong i no longer have vista installed on my PC and i was running Beta 2 you may be running a differnt version
