I am 15 days late on my period, I have been having cramps sicne the 1st of the month, every other day, my breasts are starting to become a little tender, especially around the nipple area, I have been having headaches which is not normal for me, also feeling sick some days, I have taken 3 or four hpts and all were negative, I can't afford a blood test right now, but it feels like the last time Iwas pregnant same stuff was happening to me, but I had a miscarriage. Please, should I wait to see if I have a period next month or continue to take hpts?

If you guys didn't read the other details you should, i'm not going to stop having unprotected sex because me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for over a year, it would not be an unplanned pregnancy, he joust switched jobs and his check is being held for the first week that is y I can't afford to get a blood test

I'm practically the same...cycle and scenario, but took a blood test today that I should know tomorrow. It was only $12 through a discounted plan called "simple Care" (it has nothing to do with income it's just a cash deal for people without insurance- many clinics/hospitals have some form) If you know when you ovulated, it should tell you something. The only thing I've seen upon researching long "luteal phase" could be related to PCOS. Those are pretty drastic symptoms, like hair loss, and stuff.

15 days delayed period is usually the right time to do the HPT because the hormone level has risen up in considerable amount by this time if there is pregnancy. The test is expected to show up at this time but you are still getting negative. We cannot tell if you are pregnant or not then. Anyway keep trying until next week. Do the test with the early morning urine for better result. Since you had previous miscarriages, better to take extra care - refrain intercourse for the meantime until you will know your situation. If still you feel the same and remain getting negative result by next week, I advise you to see your doctor. Take care of yourself and be careful with everything.â¥

At least start taking a good vitamin and take good care of yourself. (no smoking, drinking, etc.) If your period does not start, you can test again every 5 days or so (sooner than that isn't really worth it). If you get to 30 days late, you really need to get in to see your doctor so you start your prenatal care early enough if you are pregnant. It is very possible to be pregnant but not have Hcg levels high enough to register on a hpt.

sweetie if these symptoms are the same as last time i really think you should trust your instincts and go to the doctor
more importantly if this is just a false alarm i think you should learn from it and not have unprotected sex any more
what if it turns out to be more serious then an unplanned pregnancy?

Sounds like you may be pregnant. There are alot of places out there that do free testing. Call your local Social Services or Health Department. They should beable to help you!! Good luck and if you are pregnant I hope you get to experience all the joys of motherhood!!

If you have taken 3 or 4 and they were all negative then you are not pregnant. Maybe you are just late
