every time i use it,something has changed,or i cant do a daily routine,,cant get into some sites that i was in the day before..can i run a certain disk that will remove everything back to its new condition ?? will this get rid of any hackers or viruses that are buried too deep to get at?? any easier suggestions please??? thankyou.

either your computer has remote access enabled and someone is messing with you or you have been infected. restart your computer in safe mode with networking then try.

run the free online scan. it will remove viruses and spyware (they refer to it as malware). and you should be back to normal.

Did you know you can get this thing called a FIREWALL and this other thing called a VIRUS SCAN and this other thing called ANTISPYWARE? And did you know that if you had these things and kept them updated and LEARNED the correct ways to use them that you would never have a problem like this? Did you know it is not just recommended but a MUST? Did you know if you go online unprotected, you're gonna get pregnant!?!?!? good luck to ya and your wallet! :-) 40 bucks then would've saved you HOW MUCH now?
