I don't think anyone can truly answer 'who's fault is it'... unless you want go with a spiritual sort and blame the chosen deity or 'god' you wish. Everyone has a path in life, some are infinitely harder than others and some are shorter than others. This is the way it has always been...regardless of what or 'whom' we believe in. When it does come to 'suicide' however, it is always the fault of the individual who inflicts it upon themselves.

If there is no real good option in the problem or situation, then just keep going and don't wallow in hell - there is always a light at the end of the tunnel - we just have to allow ourselves to see it. If a person simply does not know how to help themselves out, then they should consider asking another. People go through all sorts of difficulties and hells in life and we wouldn't have made it this far if we weren't able to help each other as fellow human beings, based on our hardships in life. None of us are alone in this world... even though some of us like to indulge in thinking that we are! :-)
