I have been off bc for a month and a half. I took a pg test and it came out negative. I had all the feelings of cramping, and being moody & tired, etc.. right before my period was supposed to come. So not sure why it is late. Was it too soon to take the pg test? Can anyone help me with this?

Wait 2 more weeks to take the test, you took it too early. Sometimes when you really think your pregnant you start to act like it so you have symptoms, its all in the mind. But take the test. If you are pregnant congratulations and good luck.

It will take a few months for your cycles to become regular after coming off birth control. Your period may be late, early, or not at all for a few cycles. If after about 4 cycles they haven't straightened out then mention it to your dr. Also, be sure you're taking prenatal vitamins for 3 months BEFORE getting pregnant.

Sometimes peg tests won't show up for 5-8 days after missed, get an EPT and try with first morning urine, the best time to do it.
