Get yourself a good lawyer, pronto. Since you have $$ you shouldn't have any problem getting advice. Be prepared to part with some bucks since you are in a community property state. However, the longer the marriage goes on, the more he's entitled to.
The lawyer will have the info you need. Also, you might get some therapy as this will be rough on you. Good luck!
