Not one person can be defined as entirely good or entirely bad. Every good person has the potential to do something very bad, and every bad person has the potential to do something very good. They way that they are often judged is based on the rationale behind their decisions and whether those decisions benefit or hurt people. Every society, religion, culture, etc. has all different types of people within their group. Definitions, labels, and generalizations are one of the main reasons that different groups can't see the truth of who the other really is, and since that is not possible, it is very difficult to make any real progress in finding similarities and coming together for a common good.

None of the above.
You are judged based on the imprint you leave in this world........if you do good deeds to elevate the life of people around you, then you will be adjuciated well. If you do nothing but cause harm, pain and suffering to all around you, then you will judged harshly.......

Only you can, because only you know the reference based on your definition. Everyone else has a different idea, but many may be close to your definition. Decide for yourself what your standard is..

death- if a person dies and people around say" he could have lived longer" it denotes that he had lived a good life
and if people around say" good that he died" means that he lived a practically useless life- this denotes that he is bad
