Depends on the man. Heredity makesa big difference, as does general health. Diabetes is a libido-killer, as are a number of medications, specifically some blood pressure medicines.
For some reason vegetarians seem to be able to stay active sexually much later in life than most meat-eaters, maybe because they are much less likely to be taking a lot of meds. Or maybe the hormones fed to meat animals eventually lessen the effect of human sex hormones in some way.
So the answer could be 45 or 95 or never!

It depends on the life-style of the man. I am now 60 years old. One year ago, I stopped eating meat and eat more vegetables. I noticed that i can have an erection without much difficulty. In fact I had an erection every morning without fail.

It can start as early as the thirties, & it can be severe. The batteries run down eventually. Women, however, get hornier every DAY of their lives. they are non-stop sex machines, they cannot get tired, ever.
