How do I make all the images on my site slightly transparent?

place this in between the .....

Place the " filter:....................................70; " in a single line....

I don't know of any tool to do all of them at the same time. What I use is a program called GIMP, with which you cand adjust the color levels for any desired level of transparency, making it easy to place text or other images above them.

I usually save the image with a different name, for example tower.jpg is the original, transptower.jpg is the transparent one.
