as i have studied art history, i have yet to discover any influences of the novel Frankenstein.... (in the "high" art world)

the previous answer replaced into properly thought out and is precise. i could in basic terms upload that the radical "Frankenstein" replaced into written by using a woman, Mary Shelley, and could have replaced some minds.

First of all, as per its own intro, it popularized the exploration of "thrilling horror." In some ways though, its also one of the first actual novels, rather than romances, in that it portrays its characters' motivations and consequences.
