i still have annoying cramps, light cramps but none stop since last night. i took a test today and negative, my nipples r very sore today as well

r u pregnant or not sure if ur pregnant? cramps could mean anything, if ur not sure that ur pregnatn these symptoms mean absolutely nothing. lay off the salt and use birth control if ur afraid of being pregnatn

abdomen has nothing to do with it at this stage. All it means is you are bloated, sorry.
