Everything on your list except the basil should winter over fine in your area. To be on the safe side, you might want to cover the rosemary with straw once the ground has frozen, to keep it from freezing and thawing. (Or does the ground freeze in Tennessee? I'm from Maine where we have 10 months of winter and eight weeks of hard sledding). Basil is strictly a hot weather plant. Start it again next spring.

I'm in central Ohio - zone 5. My sage, thyme, and chives overwintered well in the garden. Basil will freeze if you get any frost at all. Rosemary will not survive here, but I don't know your zone. Not sure about Oregano. My sage was standard garden sage, not pineapple or melon sage -those I dug up and brought in.

Last year I dug up and potted my rosemary, and overwintered it in the house.

I have a number of herbs, including basil, thyme, sage, and rosemary that I will bring in so I can have fresh herbs this winter.
