my wife has got permanent visa and she worked in this country. we are married 1 year ago. thank you

It depends on many different details, from which we have very few in your question.

If you are from a Commonwealth country you may have right to work in the UK for 2 years.

Also if your wife has a visa, she may consider to apply for British nationality, that would make things immensely easier.

Initially you may get limited permission to remain in the country (1 year lets say) and after that you will need to renew in a British consulate (which means you have to leave the country and re-apply)

Honestly, the only way to know is to check with a British Consulate, immigration is a complicated matter and only somebody with access to your full personal situation will be able to advice you.

You need to discuss your options with the British Consulate - book an appointment at the local British Embassy, and they will be able to advise you the best.
