This problem (Premature Ejaculation) is costing a lot on my relationship. What can be the effective remedy..preferably non-medical. I have tried Johnsons method but has no effect.

Have you tried the condoms by Trojan..they are called climax control(i think) They tend to numb you a little bit( don't get scared not so you can't feel what you are doing)
On the other hand there are other things you can do to her and by for her if you catch my drift. There are also things she can do for you. Has she tried to give you a bj before intercourse? Or if she isn't down for that how bout some manual help..It should prolong you a little.

Try a desensitizing gel, they sell it at almost all adult shops. It will make you a little less sensitive and be able to go longer. Also have a lot of foreplay so your wife is really ready, then you won't have to go as long for her to orgasm.

just slow it down a little..i know what you mean about it affecting your relationship...just try slwoing down, or thinking of something that doesn't make you hot.
