If someone has my IP,can they hack me?

I have a firewall, Is their some sort of internet police I could report this to?
And I'm on AOL, broadband.

yes any one who knows hacking can hack u through ur ip address
u can download IP CHANGER software
it will change ur ip address every 10 seconds
so no body can u through ur ip address
google it u will get it
