Hey you hit the nail on the head. They have been hee hawing around for the past 6 years now. Especailly since we started fighting in Iraq and Afganistan. They have apparently forgotten about Bin Laden and constrated their efforts on Iraq and the oil there. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh we aren't supposed to know about the oil.
The next President will have the same problems. It never fails that when one President leaves office, the new one catches the flack.
