some grammar rules are unnecessary..e.g
"does" and "has" for singular nouns are
just confusing only..

This isn't a question.
I guess you're an English learner.
It's a good idea to read this site, because there are many examples of English on here.
However, please don't confuse the alphabet with the language.

By the way, many other languages have a lot more conjugation than English does. We only change the verb in third person. Spanish, German, and many other languages have many more possible verb forms.
