Why did Randy Moss get traded to the Oakland Raiders?

he became to much of a distraction for the team (Vikings). The end of the game episode you speak of was an incident where Randy went to the locker room with time still left in the game. That was pretty much the last straw along with the "I play when i want to play" remark he made.
