its overrated and quite dumb....90% of the people on everyones page are STRANGERS whom you will never meet. i made a page there years ago when hardly anyone knew about it and it started of being a site where you KNOW everyone and you meet the people THEY know to start a chain of friends. its nothing like it used to be and i only go in there when i get a message or request from someone i know. there are people in there just trying to have the most friends on their list...even when they dont know them. and most of the time people have so much crap on their page that it gives u a headache to look at it...and to wait for the page to load!!!! myspace is for bored people nowadays...and lunatics,rapists, and stalkers

I loved myspace until i clicked a profile and it installed 7 virus on my PC. So no i do not care for it anymore,If Tom & his crew can not get rid of the bot's i will stay away

Myspace is too much..........always crashes my system with trying to load the massive amount of pictures and videos and music.....
I am on www.friendster.com
It's much cleaner and easier to navigate. In reality, friendsters came first, been around for over 5 years I think.

MySpace is garbage. It is played out and no longer trendy. Besides it is a pedophile playground.

It is definately overated, but it does have the best interface of all those networking sites. It's just a good way to keep in contact with all my old friends.
Of course, it helps that it's where I met my fiance. :)

i think it is overrated! when i first got my new computer all my friends were like oh welcome to the world of my space but as i went there i think its just a place for people to met new people from there sexy pictures that should not be shown on the computer but they have self a steam issues for sure. i am 21 and that's how i feel.

waaaaaayyyyy overrated. The only reason I set up my account there was because my bro's gf wouldn't stop bugging me about it. I got bored in two seconds and I haven't been back since.

And, I agree with Jeremy D. It is a pedophile playground. I worry constantly about my godkids and friends' kids who go on there.
