Image perception.

I see so many girls and women who lack self-confidence and suffer from low self-esteem. Women today need to be financially and emotionally independent. They need to be partners in their personal relationship. They need a good education and good-paying job with a rewarding career.

I say the most challenging thing in today's society for women is the notion that we have to do it all and be all and the silent expectations from everyone else that we have to be all and do all. If we learn to let go of that and stop expecting everyone else to do what we do...this world would be a much better place and we all would be much happier (and less tired from trying to do all and be all).

My challenge is having to be the soul provider in my family for the moment. I have to carry all of the burden on my shoulders so that I don't make my husband feel any less of a man. He recently lost his job and I now have to pay all the bills. It's hard to keep myself emotionally stable when I 've got so much going on. But luckily, he just started a new job and hopefully things will get back to normal.
Women are the ones who are never supposed to get discouraged about the things in their lives, at least that how it was in my family. My mother never let my father know that she really didn't think she could take it anymore. She just grabbed it all with a tight grip and held it on her shoulders until the good times came again. And that's all I know how to do, but from time to time I have to let it all out.

The biggest challenge to women overall in the world is to have their contributions to society be taken seriously by men. Women have to work twice as hard as men to gain a hearing and unprejudiced judgment for their ideas, whether they be scientific, political, artistic, or social.

The glass ceiling and the .72 cents we get for every dollar our other-gendered counterpart makes. If we had economic parity, none of the other things would matter. In a capitalist society, anyway.

The biggest challenge women today seem to have is getting back into their traditional roles as wives and mothers. They would rather waste their time "finding themselves"

Many woman want to be successful in their marriages, and pursue their careers. They want respect from men and they want to be equal. They want their children to grow up well and not bring them heartache. Women put so much on their shoulders, because they were created to handle alot of things. They want to be accepted by society. Women want to be loved because of who they are, not just by what they look like.
