If you study Muslim religion, the koran is very different from the christian bible, but also similar in many ways. The stories are reflective of each other in many characteristics. A big difference, however, is that the koran does not promise salvation like the bible. In christianity, if one is baptised, or cleanses themselves from their sin, asks for forgiveness, then there is nothing that will keep them from heaven. In the koran however, the only promise a person is given as to if they are granted into paradise, is if they die as a martyr for their faith. Being a good person isnt necessarily enough. When I learned that, it put a different perspective to me on the situation in the middle east. How many Christains would die for their faith if death were the only option? I would say, probably just as many people that become suicide bombers, terrorists, and jihadists for the Terrorists in the middle east and elsewhere.

I think that the muslims are just human beings, I think that in America a lot of the people that went on the I hate muslims because "they were the cause of 9-11". But because a few terrorist did that doesn't mean that all muslims wanted it. So we shouldn't put the blame on all muslims.

I think that a devout Muslim is the same as a good as a devout
Christian, a catholic,a Jew,or a member of any organized religion.
The bottom line is devout.Every religion teaches honesty, truth
as they believe it. If you live by the precepts of these ideals you
will live a good life. There is only one GOD how one worships
him is irrelevant.

well, they say their religion is peaceful, yet they're killing mostly innocent people in the name of God. And those who are not doing that are supporting those who do. They say that all other religions are not right and if you're not Muslim, you're an enemy. I don't think any other religion is so hippocritical, hateful, yet covers itself under a blanket of peace.

Nothing wrong with the muslim religion as a whole, I disagree with some of their culture but they are perfectly entitled to do it if it makes them happy.

I have muslim colleagues and they are fine.
however, in general about the recent years, I feel that muslims are slowly trying to alleniate themselves from the non-muslim society by implicitly demanding their social ways ...eg ..wearing a veil in a classroom of non-muslim....calling for jihad every now and then ....

Human beings created by the SAME God who created everything.

Those who refer to all Muslims as terrorists are akin to those who think white supremecy is an example of Christianity. Just because skinheads CLAIM to be Christian, doesn't mean Christians are all skinheads.

Just because terrorists claim Islam, does not mean Islam is a religion of terrorism.

I have known many muslims, have fallen in love with one, and have one in my family. I never had a bad thing to think about muslims until the crazy ones started to attack everyone. Now, I have little sympathy for the ones who want to start wars. But I also understand why some may be angry with America and especially Britain.

Don't judge islam by its followers ... If you want to do it, choose the REAL follower ... Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h)

Just like, when u buy a car ... and you want to judge it, you don't give it to just any driver, right? You give it to an expert driver who knows all about it ...
