Yoshi's Island Level 4. Beat the boss?

How do you beat the turtle boss in Yoshi's Island for GameBoy Advance? It is level 4 the last castle. I have tried everything and I can't seem to do it. Please HELP!

BOSS BATTLE 8: HOOKBILL THE KOOPA

At the start of the area, run right and jump up the two log platforms. Jump
left up the steps, and jump right from the top step to land on the blocks. Jump
up to the red steps, and run left up to the top. Jump to the block on the left,
and then jump to the block on the right. Jump to the log platform, then jump to
the blocks on the right. Run right and jump through the middle ring, and then
jump over the two gaps on the right. Run right and the boss fight will start.
At the start of the boss battle, stomp Hookbill's shell, and he will spit out
eggs. Collect the eggs and face toward Hookbill. Shoot four eggs at Hookbill,
and he will fall over. When he falls, quickly stomp his shell. Stomp his shell
three times to defeat Hookbill the Koopa.

alright, aim your Egg's at his head at first, everytime you hit him he Jump's Up, get ready because you gotta do it all at once, do it three of four more time's and then he'll fall on his back, then just jump on his tummy, jump in the air, and then do a Floor Stomp, keep doing this and he'll be gone in no time!

First, you may desire to permit him do his own floor pound. After the chook does that, you may desire to floor pound on his head. he gets injured and deliver off some missiles once you. circumvent them and he will come backpedal with yet another floor pound. Repeat this technique three times to deliver him to earth.
