If you decide to come off the pill to get pregnant, you need to come off the pill 100%. BC meds are nothing to play around with. To concieve you do not need BC in your system.

I can advise you to get married first, and then both of you decide to make a baby.

You need to go off the pill completely to get pregnant, skipping a few pills and trying to get pregnant is nearly impossible, and can cause birth defects and miscarriage.

You sound like you should maybe wait a little while and read up on the subject a bit. It will help you out a lot in the long run :)

Both of you should decide to make a baby. You need to go off the pill completely to get pregnant, skipping a few pills and trying to get pregnant is not good, you may not know right away that you are pregnant because you are on the pill this could cause birth defects or a miscarriage. It took me 6months after quitting birth control to get pregnant. The cramps will go away after the meds are out of your system.

if you are trying to get pregnant then just stay off the pills. Nothing wrong with just being engaged and having a child.

What is the big rush? You already have the ring on your finger. Offer your baby a two parent household where the parents are committed in marriage. Why would you want anything less for your precious baby?
