Practice , practice and more practice. You have to get used to putting all of your weight on the ball of your foot. I would start with low heels at first and only wear them when you don't have to do a lot of walking, then gradually move up to higher ones for longer periods of time. Remember the bigger the heel part is the more support your foot has, so you might want to try wedge heels first.

Practice, practice and practice some more. Don't try to put the entire sole of the shoe down at once. It is a dead give-away for a beginning heels wearer. Start with a chunky heel and then progress down to a stiletto if that's what you want. Also, don't try to start with four inch heels. Start out with low wedges and work your way up.

i wear heels everywhere, it just takes a lot of practice. now when i don't wear heels it feels weird. start off with a low heel like 2-2 1/2inches and gradually go higher as u get comfortable walking in them. i wear 4 inch heels all the time now, i luv it : )

IT TAKES ALOT OF PRACTICE. IF YOU DONT HAVE A JOB WHERE YOU HAVE TO DRESS UP THAN PRACTICE AT HOME AND START WEARING HEALS MORE OFTEN AND YOU WILL GET USED TO IT. BUT YOU HAVE TO WALK IN THEM OFTEN.
