I hear you...and just think that the irony is that no one gets out of it alive...LOL!

You are been to hard on yourself.......sometimes the greatest accomplishment is just getting through the day.

Because you let it be that way. Take control! Here's a metaphor for you.

I run a running adventure relay race every year. Two hundred miles run by 12 people. Each person gets three segments. My third segment is always about 24 hours after the race starts and it's a hilly 9 mile run (after I've already run twice in the last 24 hours). My teammates wonder why I have so much fun on that run. I'm tired, sometimes I'm wet from rain, my legs are burning... I tell them that this run is 80% mental, 20% physical. If you want to have a good time you will. It's my third of three legs, so I'm almost done. The sun has just come up. I usually get to talk to some really interesting people as they pass me (I'm not that fast).

That's my long-winded way of saying look at the glass as half-full, not half-empty.

Because that's the entirety of existence. If you are convinced that that is how life is than that how the day to day is going to end up. Maybe even if that's all that life is giving you than take that as a time to rest and as per the frustrating part, figure the exact point that makes it so and try to figure what might make it better. Some times when you really are morally set in stone, when you do really know what you want, the tiny little aggravating things don't get to you as bad because you know where you stand and whats more important. Reevaluate.

It sounds like you are not stopping and smelling the roses often enough.

Often we get into ruts of work, eat, sleep and add chores, child rearing and a husband hardly leaves time for oneself.

Everyday you should do something for yourself. Enjoy a favorite cup of tea or coffee while reading a book or magazine.
Work on a craft of hobby. Watch the sunset and think good thoughts.

I think manicures, pedicures, massages, and day spas are great ways to get away for a while.

If you are married, start dating your husband again. Plan some together things, a drive in the country with a picnic, dinner and a movie.

When you find inner peace and happiness those around you will seem less demanding and your frustration level will drop...

Find time each day to pray, meditate, or just relax...

peace

Life Is Tiring

2017-01-15 05:07:04 · answer #5 · answered by baransky 4 · 0 0

Poor management of time prevents most of us from reaching our full potential. Many conflicting demands are made on us every day. This can result in long, tiring and frustrating day arising from poor planning and people controlling our time and work. We waste time doing things that can be done in a few moments or should be ignored. All of us have the same amount of time in a given day but the difference is that those who know how to effectively use their time can achieve the most during this time.

life is tiring and fustrating because it's we have a goal to accomplish witch is try to be happy. the ones' who are in it are the once who deside to take this challenge... for the fallowing reason we are still alive. don't do anything dumb.... you just have not been having the greates time ever but will all have bad things going on in are lives... we all feel tired and fustrated sometime.... if there is not anything or anybody that make you feel not fustrated or tired, happy and worthed intead focus on being the one who gets the presure of others back be thy happiness that others need. questions like this any many other more people tend not to take them serious that once that do will write this much. just take care remeber always that life is a challenge we are whilling to take because we are still alive.... it will not be simple... remember that there is many that need this questions to be answered remember to be a leader not a fallower.

I think I can emphatise with you about the tiring aspect..especially one sometimes cannot have the real freedom to choose what we really want to do in life because we have a responsibility to our family ...this makes one tiring.
So I choose to buy lottery hoping to give me an opportunity to break out of my financial burden.
I'm not frustrated because my family is my joy.

If you are unmarried and have no one to support financially, why not moved out to a new place (country) and start life anew. Maybe that will make a difference. or ...seek solace thru a religion ..it might help.

Life is so irritating because you think that is what life is. Life is what you make it. You have to make time for yourself so that you can relax and do something that makes you feel good. It is your responsibility to go to the spa, road trip, etc. Just go out for relaxation or whatever to make yourself fell good about yourself. Maybe a day of pampering or a weekend of relaxation will do you so good. I know that life can be tiring and frustrating at times but there are others out there who are going through it too. You are not alone.

Maybe its because we want so much?

And never have enough?

Anything you put yourself against, will be tiring.

If your talking life as a whole then what you ask makes little sense.

If your asking the life that humans make for themselves then it may be due to the fact we are never really satisfied ,always left incomplete and wanting more to full fill us.

Is the question >why do i view my life as tiring and frustrating?

2006-10-17 05:27:08 · answer #10 · answered by sotu 3 · 0 0

everything is a challenge. i think the key is to look at it from the most positive point of view. i had a health scare recently and it forced me to really put life into perspective. the tiredness and frustration do not cease, but the way you handle it can. just look at the things that bother you as small obstacles and dont get caught up in them.
and remember to smile a lot. not only does it make you feel better, but it makes others respond to you in a nicer way, which in the end just makes the day a little more fun...
