this was an awesoume question and I have thought about it all day. It varies for me day to day. I cant pin point one right all the time. I have hundreds on songs always floating in my head. Its a toss up between "there goes my hero" by Foo foghters and "strict machine" by goldfrapp. But that doesnt even sound right cause If I got in my car I would go through 6 great song before I really wanted to pick one. Such a hard question.

Stroke 9-Little Black Backpack
Nada Surf-Popular
Southern Culture on the Skids-Camel Walk
Green Day-Holiday
Rascal Flatts-Fast Cars & Freedom
Toby Keith-How Do You Like Me Now?

Usually theatrical songs...songs from Wicked, or The Lion King on Broadway, or Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves!
its an oldie but when it comes on, I cant help but smile and sing!
Its got a good beat too!

For a more recent song, I like Black Horse and a Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall. The beat is catchy and it makes you want to tap your foot to it. LOL :)

I absolutely love "What's Up?" by Four Non Blondes. It came out when I was in my early or mid 20's and it always takes me back to my college days. I loved that time in my life!

Don't get me wrong - I love my children, my husband, and I have a very rewarding and fulfilling job, but there's something special about the time you spend in college and the friends you make there that you always want to hold on to it and remember it. That song just puts me back in that moment.

Lately it's been...

The Escape Club's "Wild Wild West"
Janet Jackson "Miss You Much"
Peter Gabriel "Big Time" or "Steam"
Billy Ocean "Get Outta My Dreams (Get Into My Car)"
Donny Osmond "Soldier of Love"
Johnny Hates Jazz "Shattered Dreams"

Yes, I know, I've been in a retro 80s mood lately... :o)
