Trust me....you dont' want to take fertility drugs without seeing a doctor. How do you know those drugs will work? I have been on fertility drugs for alittle over 4 years now & I would never know they were working if it wasn't for the doctor appoitments & the ultrasounds.

Taking any time of medication without seeing a doctoer is just stupid.

How do you know you have the problem, has your husband had his sperm tested?

Don't take any drugs without seeing a Dr. You don't know what you are getting when you buy drugs over the internet without a prescription. Also, some fertility drugs can cause your ovaries to become hyperstimulated. Therefore, you need to be examined by your Dr. or get an u/s to check for this.

I just watched "Ask Dr. Drew" on the Discovery Channel, which the subject was "Birth to Conception". The doctor stated that many couples don't conceive because they simply don't really know when their fertile window is. Not every woman ovulates on day 14, even if her cycle is regular. Therefore, it's important to find out when YOU ovulate. Check out fertilityfriend.com. I would beging charting your daily basal body temperature to find out if and when you are ovulating each month. This web-site also has information about signs of ovulation to check for and when to have sex for the best chance for conception.

My OB also recommends having sex every other day from day 10 of your cycle until day 20 if you are unsure of your ovulation time. It is not necessary to have sex every day because sperm need about 36 hours to rebuild and they generally live in your womb for about 2 days anyway.

Once you become pregnant, you will need to see an OB regularly, so why not just go now and let them help you conceive. They have the knowledge and resources to help you. Also, if you are worried about the expense of fertility drugs, try Costco. You don't need a membership to get prescriptions filled there and I found they have the best prices.

it depends what you call a long time. If it has been over 2 years then you really need to see a Dr. you can have a fertility problem and it might be something a little surgery can fix. But if you really do not want to see a Dr. then you must not want to make sure that you are healthy and that your body is OK to be pregnant and carry the baby full term.

A Dr. will not send you to a fertility Dr unless you have not gotten pg in trying for 2 years. Otherwise, just take each month as it comes and eventually it will happen...

GO SEE A DR AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE OK!!!

Infertility is described as a couple who has been trying for 1 year or more if they are under age 35, and 6 months if they are over 35.Fertility medications are nothing to be messed around with without help from a doctor. The medications have side effects and you will be in need of monitoring.

If you won't see a doctor, then how do you know that you need fertility medication to get pregnant?

The problem might not be you, it could be your husband.

Go see a doctor. You shouldn't be taking any type of medicine like this without a doctor's supervision.

I bet you'd feel really stupid if you do manage to get fertility drugs illegally and then become sick and totally unable to have children due to complications of taking this medicine without knowing if you need it or how to use it properly.

Go see a doctor. This is not a matter you can take into your own hands.

you need to see a doctor if you trying to live. why would you want to take something that is not medically subscribed to you, which can endanger your life? think smart, you want to get pregnant and need fertility drugs, then despite whatever issues you have about going to a doctor, get over it and see one. you don't want to take something off the net that could possibly eliminate your chances of ever getting pregnant. besides maybe something is medically wrong with you because at age 20 you should be so fertile and easy to get pregnant. my advice, see your doctor. this may be deeper than you think it is.

If you don't want to go to the doctor then shouldn't get pregnant. If you won't even go while you are TTC--what is going to make you go while pregnant?

Don't use any medication online. You never know what you are going to get and there are too many scams out there. You could end up taking some **miracle** medication and end up with a penis instead of a child.

Go to the doctor--he'll point you in the right direction.

The site listed is great from conception-birth-parenting. Hope it helps! Best of luck!

I heard that you can buy clomid on line some where but I wouldnt reccomend you do that. I think you should see a doctor to find out if there is something worng with you. There are may diseases out there that can make it hard for a woman to conceive, infertilitity is not the only reason. I assume you have been charting and you know when you ovulate.....If not, that;s the second step, but the first step should be to meet with you obgyn.

Are you trying at the right time of month? I always suggest that people get an ovulation predictor kit, or if you are really serious about having a baby quick, I bought a fertility monitor from ClearBlue Easy for $200. The first month I used it, I got pregnant.
Best of luck.
And ... relax. You won't get pregnant if you stress about it.

Well, you're nuts! Those medications have side effects and many require testing for any problems BEFORE the therapy starts with the medication. You could just cause yourself big problems. I can't believe anyone is dumb enough to even think of that!
